Scrapbook Challenge

For Jeremy's Grandmothers 80th birthday each family was asked to make a scrapbook page. We are so sad we can't make it to the actual party, but can't wait to hear about it and see all the other pages the rest of the family did.
I was glad to have plenty of supplies left over from our wedding in Mexico with me.
Here is what we came up with. (yes "we" Jeremy was the project manager of this craft :))
Front:
I embroidered our names on the front to add some texture
Back:
Jeremy wrote the sweetest note to his grandma on the back, I think she will love it.
Happy 80th Birthday Grandma Hansen!! :)

embroidered onesie's

Of all the crafts I have meddled in embroidery has been the only that has stuck. Ya.. no more sewing or jewelry making for me. I'm like an old lady, I love to get some thread & just stitch away for hours. And because I love anything mini, embroidering on onesie's for little tykes is my favorite! Here are a couple I stitched up for some new babes in my life...

Jeremy is always begging me to sale my work instead of letting them pile up in my craft room, so I am considering opening up my own etsy shop & selling onesie's with embroidered details. Now here's where you come in.. Good idea? Something worth a try? Awesome? or nothing new? I would LOVE to hear your opinion. Please spare any thoughts you have. Thanks a million!

It's not over yet

Even though Valentine's Day has come & gone, the month of February is still not over. It seems I have finished my..
 just in time!!!
I wish I had finished it in time to send to someone, but I got to caught up on other things.. Maybe next year? I tried out some new stitching & was pleased with the look.
I'm not sure I like the fabric I used to stitch on, but I'm glad I ventured out anyways.
I still need to finish my January embroidery..
I need to start on my March embroidery to stay caught up! Just need to find a pattern I like..
