Disney with Kingsley & grandma Juju

For my moms birthday we surprised her with a trip to Disneyland with just Kingsley & I. We flew out early one morning, went straight to Disneyland and then stayed over at the Marriott that night and came back the next evening. It seriously was the best trip!!
I made King this Prince Charming costume and he looked so stinking cute! People were constantly commenting on how awesome he looked.
We went at the perfect time when it wasn't very busy. We went on all the rides that Kingsley was tall enough for plus some we went on multiple times.
For some reason Kingsley's favorite ride ended up being the tea cups, so we went on it 3-4 times.
Love his happy face!
We went on Nemo for the first time, and it was pretty cool.
Kingsleys 2nd favorite ride was the jungle cruise. We went on it once in the morning, and once before we headed back to the hotel for the night.
Had fun riding on the Autopia ride for the first time.
We skipped Kingsley's nap to get as much disney time in as possible. We got a turkey leg, and corn on the cob for dinner while we watched the parade.
These are my favorite pictures of the day!
Love this picture of these two at Mickeys roller coaster.
Kingsley was so excited to meet Mickey Mouse, but got nervous when we finally got to him.
It was such a fun day, but King eventually crashed at night.
I made sure to get a dole whip on the way out. Yummm!
The next day we walked around downtown Disney. Kingsley loved the Lego store.
He also loved looking at all the animals in the Rainforest Cafe.
We watched a weird Fairy movie and then headed to the airport to head home. It was a perfect trip, I can't wait to go again. Kingsley was perfect, and I just love being with my mom.

Christmas 2014

Christmas with kids is just so fun and magical. Kingsley had been asking all month when Santa would come and was so excited for the morning of. Earl & Sandy came over to watch them open presents too. Hudson didn't really understand the concept but was pretty excited about the candy and treats.  Both boys were the most excited about the horse stable we got them. They also enjoyed the pug clothes & books.

After we opened presents we headed over to my moms to watch them open presents and eat breakfast. It was so perfect that it snowed for the first time in December because it just didn't feel like Christmas without snow.

I was feeling fairly sick most of the day since we had all passed along the flu :( We went over to the Kemp's for Sandy's traditional Christmas meal of Ham, funeral potatoes, peas, rolls and layered jello. It was delicious as usual!

The boys were very excited to receive shopping carts and Frozen Barbies.
Kingsley kept asking for a while when Santa was coming again ;)

Halloween 2014

Since Kingsley loves to watch Peter Pan we thought it was necessary to use Sandy's old captain hook and Peter pan costumes for a family halloween costume. We decided to make the boys our sidekicks smee and tinkebell.
Jeremy had outgrown his peter pan outfit since he wore it in a play when he was younger :)
Love this crew
 My little tink!
 How sweet are these boys!

Kingsley was really stoked about his toy knife
He may hate me later, but I think he makes a pretty cute tinkerbell!
Loved seeing this little smee.
Holidays are just so much more fun with kids. Kingsley was so excited to walk around and get candy.
Look at this cheese face!
He can fly!!
One night Jeremy was out of town so I headed over to my moms ward Halloween party and dresses the boys up as bikers. Unfortunately I didn't know Hudson was sick and he vomited all over.
Earlier in the week, Kingsley had been sick so Jeremy took Hudson to the Oakridge Halloween party as a handsome lumber jack.
And last but not least the ward halloween party Kingsley wore his Max the wild things costume again and Hudson was a little animal. Just love dressing these little dudes up!
Happy Halloween!
